TM Technology Services Sdn. Bhd. and Colla Connecting Edge Sdn. Bhd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 15 February 2026 for strategic collaboration in the State of Terengganu.
The signing was witnessed by Mohd Nurkhuzaini Ab. Rahman, Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Ekonomi Digital, Pendapatan Baharu, Perdagangan, Perindustrian dan Teknologi Hijau. The MOU was signed by Syamsul Bahri bin Ahmad Tajuddin Bukhari, Chief Commercial Officer of Colla Connecting Edge Sdn. Bhd. and Puan Khairul Liza bin Ibrahim, Executive Vice President of TM Global.
This partnership strengthens CCE's position in Terengganu's digital infrastructure ecosystem, complementing existing partnerships with MBI Modal and the state government for comprehensive smart city development.
